We source Tanzania cowpeas from the northern and central legume-growing areas. We only contract our growers who have less than two acres of land. They maintain their plots by organic manure and restrain from excessive use of pesticides. This makes their supplies fresh quality with less than 0.01 percent of the recommended minimum chemical residual levels.
Our preparation, processing, packaging, transportation and storage is guided by the Islamic Law and complies with Codex General Principles on Food Hygiene and other relevant Codex Standards. The animals are grass fed assuring our clients premium quality fresh meat.
